§ 1 Definitions


1 Regulations - these regulations . In the field of electronic services Regulations are the rules referred to in art . 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic services ( Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item . 1204, as amended . ) .

§ 2 General principles

2 The condition for submission of orders in the Online Shop Customer is acquainted with these Rules and acceptance of its provisions at the time of the Order .

§ 3 Ordering


1 All prices quoted on the website www.przewody - techniczne.pl are gross prices given in Polish zloty . Prices do not include shipping costs.


2 Orders are accepted by the website / phone / e-mail.


3 Orders placed through the website can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year.

§ 4 Costs and shipping date

§ 6 Termination of the contract

§ 7 of the Complaints Procedure

§ 9 Amendments to the Regulations

2 Disputes arising from the application of these Rules and in connection with the performance of contracts concluded between the Store and the customer , will be considered by the court competent according to the rules of jurisdiction and the territorial accordance with the Law of 17.11.1964 on the Code of Civil Procedure ( OJ No. 43 item . 296 with . amended . ) .
