Industrial hoses made of polyurethane can be divided into several types according to the granular mixture used . The name of the hoses on the third position is given an abbreviation of the type used polyurethane compound .
We distinguish between the following types of compounds :
MB - is a mixture of an abrasion-resistant granules used in the wood, furniture in agriculture for transporting grain , in the plastics industry .
AS - is a blend of abrasion-resistant antistatic used wherever required special approvals.
EL - is a blend of antistatic , conductive abrasion resistant hoses used for working in hazardous areas.
TM - is a mixture of granules jet abrasion resistant polyurethane temperature resistant continuous 104oC .
TM140 - jet is a mixture of granulated polyurethane abrasion-resistant temperature resistant 140°C continuous operation.
AG - is a mix of polyurethane granules extremely resistant to hydrolysis and processes gnijne , applied to the hose blowing and ventilation at the silos, the machines collecting leaves and grass.
SP - a blend of polyurethane granules certified for food contact .
PL - it is a mixture of granules with a higher coefficient of abrasion .
UN - is a mixture of hydrolysis -resistant granules , processes and gnijne V0 flame retardant in the class .

Industrial hose type foil ultra lightweight wall thickness of 0.4 mm
Industrial hose type foil wall thickness of 0.5 mm
Industrial hose type Elastic wall thickness of 0.6 mm
Light industrial hose type wall thickness of 0.7 mm
On average, industrial hose type lightweight wall thickness of 0.9 mm
Heavy industrial type hose wall thickness of 1.4 mm
Industrial hose type super heavy wall thickness of 2.1 mm
